Isla Vista

Left Cayucos late and spent the night in a rest area just to the north of Isla Vista. Rest areas don't provide the most comfortable accommodations, however, the convenience is undeniable for a quick frogger hop. Got up before the sun and watched it rise on Highway 1. Stopped at a laundromat in Isla Vista, never met so many homeless people or heard so many tall tales, but they kept me entertained while I did some laundry! Lots of smiles considering their circumstance, it's amazing to see how little one can truly live with. I thought that I was doing without, but at least I can rely on consistent meals. Restocked on some produce at a Co-op and then did some bicycle upkeep before recieving a message from Morgan telling me to head to Santa Barbara!
