Ann Arbor

After a quasi-restless sleep in an Ohio rest area I was fiending to put on some miles.  Drove another 4 hours to land in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Learned that "Michiganders" is a thing.  Weather has been absolutely phenomenal.  Staying with a college friend from the Chemistry program at NC State who is attending U of M for his PhD.  Got a sweet little tour of the city and went on a hunt for some aesthetically pleasing turf to have a drink.  It's so awesome to see old friends carving new paths. Spending another day in Ann Arbor to plan out a route to the northern tip of the Upper Peninsula... then west.
